We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Please note that it takes 3-5 business days for your package to arrive. In some cases, it may take longer. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but please be aware that delivery times may vary based on location and external factors such as customs clearance or transportation delays.
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and size of the package and will be calculated at checkout.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.
To initiate a return, please download the return form from our website and include it in your package. Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Please note that personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
